His resume boasts a wide array of skills such as agency leadership, executive management, public relations, product launches, team building, market expansion, and consulting. Jack has helped several retail clients expand franchising operations into new markets. He now runs Carroll Concepts.
Brian has two decades of experience as an ad agency creative director, copywriter and broadcast producer. He has nearly 25 years of experience as an ad agency creative director, copywriter and broadcast producer. Brian has produced national campaigns, guided creative teams, launched national brands, and propelled corporate sales for many nonprofits and Fortune 500 firms. He currently runs Dean Creative.

Peggy is a talented copywriter, editor, and proofreader with a Masters Degree in English Literature & Writing. Since 2007, she has gained ample experience writing web content, html emails, ad campaigns, and press releases. She also manages our clients’ social media campaigns and has extensive experience as a DC event planner. Peggy is a partner with Brian at Dean Creative.
Alex has more than 10 years of professional design experience. He has worked with clients across the country in a variety of fields—from financial institutions and retail stores to startups to nonprofits. He specializes in creating strong brand identities in print collateral and extending that brand into websites and e-marketing. Alex currently runs his own freelance graphic design business.
